Hôm nay, tập thể Lam viên cùng lắng lòng để tạo thành một đạo tràng thanh tịnh, với tất cả chân thành của hàng Huynh trưởng và đoàn sinh Gia Đình Phật Tử Việt Nam Tại Hoa Kỳ, đồng nhất tâm hướng về mười phương chư Phật, chư Đại Bồ Tát, chư Hiền Thánh Tăng, cúi xin từ bi gia hộ.
Chúng con thành kính cầu nguyện cho nhị vị Huynh trưởng khả kính:

hiện đang thân mang bệnh duyên, sức khỏe khiếm an.
Nguyện nhờ hồng ân Tam Bảo, nhờ oai lực từ bi và trí tuệ của chư Phật, chư Bồ Tát, cùng sự hộ trì của lịch đại Tổ sư và chư vị tiền bối hữu công Gia Đình Phật Tử Việt Nam, mà nghiệp chướng tiêu trừ, thân tâm điều hòa, bệnh duyên sớm hóa nhẹ, thân thể chóng được khang an, tinh thần thêm phần vững chãi.
Nguyện cho nhị vị Huynh trưởng luôn an trú trong chánh niệm, giữ vững niềm tin nơi Tam Bảo, lấy đạo lực làm chỗ nương tựa, lấy tình Lam làm nguồn sưởi ấm, để sớm ngày hồi phục, tiếp tục hiện diện giữa hàng ngũ Lam viên như những cây cao bóng cả, nâng đỡ đàn em trên con đường tu học và phụng sự.
Chúng con cũng xin hồi hướng công đức tụng niệm, cầu nguyện hôm nay, đến tất cả Huynh trưởng, đoàn sinh Gia Đình Phật Tử gần xa, cùng pháp giới chúng sanh, đồng được thấm nhuần ân đức Phật pháp, thân tâm thường an lạc, đạo tâm kiên cố, chí nguyện không thoái chuyển.

PRAYER FOR HEALING AND BLESSINGS
Namo the Ten-Direction Ever-Abiding Triple Gem,
we respectfully beseech Your compassionate witness.
Today, the entire community of Lam members gathers in mindful stillness to form a pure and dignified spiritual assembly. With the utmost sincerity of the GĐPT Leaders and youth members of the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association in the United States, we unite our hearts and direct our devotion toward the Buddhas of the Ten Directions, the Great Bodhisattvas, and the Noble Sangha, humbly praying for Your compassionate blessings.
We respectfully offer prayers for the well-being of two venerable and respected GĐPT Leaders:
GĐPT Leader Tâm Hòa – Lê Quang Dật,
President of the Dũng Level Council, Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association Overseas;
President of the Dũng Level Council, Executive Board of the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association in the United States;
Advisor to the Executive Board of the Quảng Đức Region;
and
GĐPT Leader Nguyên Hảo – Trần Công Lai,
Member of the Dũng Level Council, Executive Board of the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association in the United States;
Advisor to the Executive Board of the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association in the United States;
Senior Family Advisor of Mật Sơn Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Family, Kissimmee, Florida, USA;
who are presently undergoing illness and physical affliction.
May it be through the boundless grace of the Triple Gem, through the compassionate power and wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and through the protective guidance of the Patriarchs, the Ancestral Masters, and the meritorious elders of the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association, that karmic obstacles be alleviated, body and mind be brought into harmony, illness be transformed and lightened, physical health be swiftly restored, and inner strength renewed.
May these two venerable GĐPT Leaders abide steadily in mindfulness, remain unwavering in faith in the Triple Gem, take refuge in spiritual strength, and be sustained by the warmth of Lam brotherhood and sisterhood—so that they may soon recover and continue to stand among the Lam community as great, sheltering trees, guiding and nurturing younger generations on the path of Buddhist practice and service.
We further dedicate the collective merit of today’s chanting and prayers to all GĐPT Leaders and youth members near and far, and to all sentient beings throughout the Dharma realm, that all may be embraced by the blessings of the Buddha-Dharma, dwell in peace and well-being of body and mind, strengthen their resolve on the path, and remain steadfast without regression.
